Anna has dedicated nearly 20 years to education as an Art teacher, where she’s been passionate about inspiring young people to find their own paths in today’s society. In addition to teaching art, Anna was a Head of Year for several years, prioritizing students’ mental health and well-being in the educational setting.
Although she began running later in life, initially to lose weight for her 2019 wedding, Anna continues to run as a way to reset and prepare for the day ahead.
As a mother of three, Anna brings both personal and professional insight into supporting well-being. Her eldest son is in secondary school, her youngest in primary, and her middle child has recently transitioned to a specialist school. To support her child with SEND, the family recently adopted a therapy dog. The black Labrador has been a wonderful addition, encouraging the family to spend more time outdoors, creating a shared routine, and much more exercise.
Anna’s combined experiences as a teacher and parent, along with her focus on health and happiness, ultimately led her to collaborate with Dan. Her background in Graphic Design also enhances her contributions to Dan’s mission by creatively presenting information about lifestyle medicine for educational systems. Of course, she couldn’t fully realize this vision without the technical expertise of Frazer, who ensures their resources are accessible to all.
Anna is dedicated to Dan’s mission of building health awareness and empowering individuals to take control of their own well-being.
