With over a decade of experience in primary education, Sian is a passionate educator who thrives on helping children reach their full potential. A St Mary’s University graduate and qualified teacher since 2012, Sian spent 12 wonderful years in a primary setting as a class teacher, SENDCO and Inclusion Manager, supporting young learners of all abilities.
As a qualified SENDCO, and trained ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant), Sian is passionate about understanding the needs of every individual she works with and takes time to understand the little things that might make a big difference to a child ms journey. Sian knows that learning isn’t one-size-fits-all and prides herself on crafting lessons that match each child’s needs, personality, and interests.
At the heart of her teaching style is a simple philosophy: happy, supported children learn best. With training from Trauma-Informed Schools and a knack for building strong relationships with kids and parents alike, she creates a welcoming, flexible environment where every child feels valued and confident.
When not working, you’ll find her spending time with her family in the great outdoors, cooking up a storm, or exploring new ways to make learning an adventure.
