The amount of movement and sleep people are getting on average has significantly decreased in the last 30 years and the amount of daily stress and processed foods coming into our diets has increased. Combine this with the fact that we are not getting outside as much and not meeting up with our friends in person as often and it is not surprising we can feel less than optimal!
The problem is that everyone around us seems to be feeling the same so we just accept it as the new normal!
